Attract, retain and motivate key employees through Employee Share Ownership Plans

By , June 25, 2020

Retaining key people is one of the biggest challenges in managing a business. Employees leave when they’re no longer happy with their remuneration and work arrangements, company culture, or when they suddenly feel disengaged or undervalued.

What Will You Get from this Webinar?

  • Understand what an Employee Share Ownership Plan is
  • Find out how to get your employees involved in achieving business success
  • Learn how to utilise an Employee Share Ownership Plan effectively
  • Review the latest research and trends in using an Employee Share Plan (ESOP) for Succession

One of the encouraging things we see with an employee share ownership plan is employees beginning to think and act like business owners. Imagine if instead of just you, you had a team of key people within your business helping you achieve a win-win-win outcome for you, the business and them as employee-owners.
