Tom is a Partner at Pemba Capital, with over 17 years of relevant experience. He joined Pemba in 2015 and has led a large number of transactions across Pemba’s areas of sector focus. Tom joined Pemba from Sovereign Capital, the UK ‘Buy & Build’ specialist private equity fund. Before Sovereign Capital, Tom was with the Principal Investment team at Macquarie Bank Limited and before that he worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance in both Sydney and London.
