Sam has several years’ experience in NSW accounting firms, also having obtained his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Accounting, from the University of Newcastle in 2013. Maggie specialises in all areas of family law, wills, succession planning and criminal law, and has over 15 years’ legal experience. She graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Laws in 2004. She obtained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2004 and was admitted to Practice in the same year. Peter has worked in the accountancy profession for 30 years; 20 years of which have been in the commercial sector. He started his career in public practice where he gained valuable, broad, business experience. In the commercial sector he has worked with SMEs through to large multi-national corporations. His desire was always to work with SMEs as part of their management team driving the business forward and creating value growth. Richard aims to see clients succeed. He has owned and sold his own business along with assisting many other clients to grow and exit. His new venture, Alternate Strategies, is working along with Succession Plus to achieve similar results.
Richard started his own Professional Services firm, grew it into a Partnership and then merged and eventually sold. He sought good advice and counsels clients to do the same. He has held Board roles in Government Education and Arts business entities who serviced a wide section of business with large employee and contractor teams. Andy has a business degree from Monash University’s David Syme Business School with a major in Marketing. He went on to complete the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in 2002. During the early 2000s, Andy worked as a Business Development Consultant in the financial services industry and then in early 2008, Andy joined the ANZ’s Business Bank Financial Planning team (Victoria/Tasmania) providing financial planning services to ANZ business customers with loans of up to $15M. After two years at ANZ, Andy joined the team at Michael Roach Financial Services, where he provided Business Succession and personal risk protection advice to business owners, executives and families, before establishing Time Advice in 2011.
Anuj specialises in Business Succession Planning, Risk Protection – Business & Personal, Self Managed Superannuation Funds and Estate Planning. He has been in financial planning industry since early 2001. Starting off his career in Sydney as a Paraplanner with AMP Financial Services, he went on to become a financial planner in 2004. In May 2008, he bacame a senior financial planner with the ANZ Business Bank Financial Planning team in Melbourne, before becoming an Independent Financial Adviser with Financial Wisdom Ltd in August 2009. In Feb 2011, he joined hands with a former ANZ colleague to establish Time Advice Pty Ltd, which aims become the top of mind provider for SME owners and executives for succession and financial consulting.

He established New Alldale in 1995 to provide Management Accounting and Information reporting services to clients in WA. Peter’s experience includes employee management, coaching and mentoring, reducing corporate overheads as a business expense analyst, budgeting, creating and maintaining relationships with client businesses. He previously held New Zealand responsibility for implementation and management of group insured employee benefits for Alexander Benefits Services, now part of AON NZ Financial Services. Based on his own experience and research, Peter launched his initial business ownership succession planning service in 2001, working with the ANZ bank in Auckland. He has subsequently developed business ownership exit and succession plans for hundreds of clients regardless of where they bank.
